What the Warranty Covers

Factors That Extend Tile Life
- Proper subfloor: a flat, stable concrete or asphalt base prevents tile flexion stress over time
- Expansion gap: leaving 3/4 inch around the perimeter prevents buckling in heat
- Annual cleaning: a hose-down 2–3 times per year removes debris from the drainage channels
What Wears Out First
Game lines and edge ramps are the first elements to show wear on heavily-used courts after 10–12 years. The tile itself continues to perform well beyond that point. Replacement tiles and edges can be ordered individually - you never need to replace the entire court.
