Warranty
Tile-specific limited warranties range up to 15 years depending on the product line. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use; full terms and exclusions are listed on the warranty page.
Product Specs
Each tile line publishes a 2-page specification sheet covering dimensions, thickness, material, locking system, drainage, and recommended use. Spec sheets are made available with quotes and CAD packages.
Installation Standards
Recommended base, slope, expansion clearance, edge detailing, and seasonal maintenance guidance are provided in the installation overview and Court CAD package supplied with each project.
Testing
Tile is 3rd-party laboratory safety tested for general suitability. Specific test reports (slip, UV, freeze-thaw, impact, drainage, lock-strength) are available on request for commercial procurement and architect specifications.
Materials
Tiles are produced from high-quality polypropylene with UV stabilization for outdoor use. Tiles can be relocated and individual tiles can be replaced, supporting long product life and end-of-life recovery.
