Limited Product Warranty

Coverage

This warranty applies only to defects in the manufacturing of the tile product, including:

• Structural cracking caused by material defects
• Manufacturing flaws in the molding process
• Material failure during normal athletic use

If a valid defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period for the product, Game Tile Courts may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the affected tiles, or
• Provide credit for the defective product.

Conditions

This warranty applies only when:

• Tiles are installed according to recommended installation guidelines
• Tiles are installed on a stable, hard, and level base surface
• Tiles are used for their intended athletic court purpose

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Uneven or unsuitable base surfaces
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Vehicle traffic or non-sport use
• Fire, cutting, or product modification
• Exposure to chemicals or harmful substances
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events
• Normal wear, cosmetic abrasion, or gradual color variation due to environmental exposure

Claims

Customers should inspect products upon delivery.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Order or invoice reference
• Description of the issue
• Installation details
• Clear photos showing the condition

Limitation of Liability

Game Tile Courts' responsibility is limited to the replacement value of the tile products supplied.

Game Tile Courts is not responsible for:

• Labor or installation costs
• Removal or reinstallation expenses
• Surface preparation costs
• Project delays or loss of use
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Exclusive Warranty

This limited warranty represents the sole warranty provided by Game Tile Courts. No installer, dealer, or third party is authorized to modify or extend these terms without written approval.
